How Disapointing sigh

Now I know how many casino players out there feel cheated and simple sad about some of the services rendered.
Since its New Year and my husband usually never plays online casinos I pitched him to try a recent casino I had seen adverts about online, wish I didnt seriously.....
He registered, received a message to confirm registration and up to this point all was fine.... then 1 hour struggle to get a deposit in... visa didnt work.... neteller didnt work... finally a ray of light and after 6000 website malfunctions it went through, I was determined to show him a good time.
We deposited for the first time and did not receive a bonus or anything, appart from the fact they advertise it on their homepage, apparently Portuguese players do not count in this casino, so no bonus to play with.
We tried one game and it didnt load, reminded me of my old days on my spectrum 48k waiting for the tape to load up....
Second game we were playing but one flick of the wrong button which is right next to the green spin button and boom 20 euros down the drain in one spin lol
That part wasn’t 2 bad, our mistake really and he is a newbie in these things so had a laugh. Then we were off to the bonus round and it froze right in the middle of the fun part.... I was close to banging my head on the keyboard.... seriously I dont thing he will ever play again lol
Ok I was down to my last ounce of patience and hit the help button for support, guess what it wouldn’t work either lol 5 attempts before it actually sent my message out to them.....
Oh well my last email to them wasn’t so nice and my hubby was soooo disappointed I just felt I would share my experience with you all.... I wished them a Happy New Year in the end of my email lol
I wont name the casino because of professional courtesy but if anyone wants to know Ill tell in PM. Sorry for the rant but I really needed to vent this out... my hubby is now watching a recorded NBA game, serves me right for trying to reel him into online casinos lol

wow im feeling for you. thats the way it happens sometimes. when you try to show someone something it just falls apart. but when its just you everything runs smooth.
i wished it would have worked right and your hubby could have hit a good bonus round. but then you might have created a monster. so i guess all things do happen for a reason. lol

I couldnt agree more sweety and thank you so much for dropping me a line. He is all busy with sports now and is back to not caring at all about my business hehe but it would have been nice for him to have some fun, I didnt need a win for him, just not so much hassle lol

I could not have said it better. The irony is--of course--that you are an I-Gaming Rep and you are not limited to USA Accepted casinos. If you hubby is not a gambler then you probably have much to be grateful for.

You totally nailed it, the irony of it He had played in mine already but he couldnt really play for money. So I picked one from here lol Guess he will be sticking to play money.
Maybe the US will open soon and everyone will be able to enjoy all that online casinos have to offer!
