avoiding casinos that dont pay quickly

having reversed a few winnings and played them out this yr ..stupid i know but guess most have done so...

i have decided from now on to only play casinos that cash out almost instantly...none of this 24-48 reverse period..

i asked a casino i play reguarly to flush a payment for me yesterday there response was " flush what "

all casinos can process payments instantly if they desire..and those that do or are willing to flush winnings will get my business this year..

i dont think such a simple process is to much to ask from a casino...just ask 32red customers how happy they are when winnings are paid out within hours...

is it just me tha gets annoyed by it or do others feel equal frustration

This 24 - 48 hours 'pending' thing where my money just sits there has always been sore point with me. Casinos will always say that players like it, and that we like having access to money that can be reversed and played. I call 'bullcrap' and fully believe that 90% or more players would prefer those funds removed from reach. Out of sight, out of mind. When I withdraw, that means I want my money. Even IF there are a few players that like pending periods, what about the rest of us?

By golly, I have a great idea... (And I know I'm spitting into the wind).... How about a choice? Even if they cannot/will not process the withdrawal for 48 hours, how about offering the choice to 'flush' (meaning yes, I really really want my money to be sent to me) and moving that money out of the cashier? That means I can't reverse without going through oodles of hoop jumping to get it reversed and put back into my account before it is processed.

You are definitely not alone. Been down that road

I've always been amazed at how many times I have had to explain to CS staff what flushing is. That tells me that perhaps not many players know about it either...just us experienced ones I guess.

Playing devil's advocate for a moment, the processing costs are pretty high for casinos on many methods so by getting players to keep it in their account does save the casino significant amounts.

The trade-off/decision for a casino is how much they save in processing costs and by players losing back a withdrawal vs. the loyalty gained by paying a player promptly. Judging from the amount of casinos that flush/reduce reverse times my bet is many casinos think the former is more beneficial. And they'll pretty much hand 32Red the awards every year.

Of course, they also need to factor in that it is something like 5 times less expensive to retain a customer than it is to get a new one and I guess some don't even consider that.

Bit of a quandary methinks. It's actually a decision that tends to reflect the culture of the operation's locality too I find. For example, a UK/commonwealth casino seems much more likely to have a "customer focus", which is part of the business culture here and thus normally means faster cashouts or flushing - in my experience anyway.

Funny how a few years ago this was never an issue at many facilities I played at. Those were all MG at that time. Oh how the times have changed and damn, I miss them!

Yes, I agree with you. You will also see the same good tendency with some of the sportsbooks/casinos who target Scandinavia and other selected countries like Australia. For example Nordicbet, they are probably one of the very few today that do not have a "cancel"-feature on their website (at least they did not have it the last time I did a withdrawal), so the withdrawal is automatically "flushed".

My thoughts on this subject are as follows; one of the rules of being an accredited casino requires that a player can temporarily ban themself from that casino UNTIL AFTER a withdrawal has been processed and is no longer reversible. A casino that sincerely wants to act in the player's best interests should offer this option.

What truly irks me is a casino that will not let you make another deposit and maybe even take a bonus when you have a withdrawal pending. I don't like to reverse, and I seldom do, having learnt that lesson the hard way. There are casinos that don't process on weekends, and that seems like when all the best bonus offers are frequently.

    24 hours

What really annoys me is the ridiculous rule that some of the smaller net ent casinos have adopted (I assume they are skins) of not allowing you to make any withdrawals within 24-hours of your last deposit.
    Absolute nonsense.
