    Question Neteller problem

    Hi all!

I have a problem with neteller and would like to know if anyone has experienced similar difficulties.

I'm trying for several weeks now to get certified by Neteller, I sent them repeatedly all the necessary documents, but nothing happened and I haven't got one reply. I also had a live chat with a CSR, she asked me to send her the scans so that she could forward them to the "certification department". But again...no certification, no reply (btw, i got the confirmation from the csr that she received my mail).

I'm really tired of sending confidential documents through the internet and nothing happens. Has anyone else had such problems with neteller or has a tip what I can do to get certified in the end?

    @mucullus,

Try to call them at 0014032339466, then press 0, then 1 for customer service.

If you have already submitted scanned copies of your credit card (front and back), and the copy of your passport. Ask the CS that you wanted to be "certified". You should have your 12-digit NETeller account number ready. The CS will ask some personal details you submitted when you applied for the NETeller account.

    Hope this helps.

    Lightbulb phone call

    hi
i had the same expirience with them
their customer service is not so efficent...
so don't wait for them just call them at the phone and ask them
to certify your account, they will need to call you back to certify
your identity and to ask you some questions. that's all.
    good luck

I did not have to send anything or do anything to get certified. I was certified after I made my first EFT. I see you are not from the U.S. or Canada so maybe they have different procedures for that.

    Hi rainman!

Neteller doesn't charge or credit bank accounts outside U.S. and Canada therefore I have to deposit by credit card. Until you become certified you can use a maximum of 250 € on your credit card. To be certified you have to provide scans of your credit card and passport.

I recall a slight hitch in the beginning which was rectified by a quick telephone call and a callback. Since then I have had no problems.

Being from England I have the same problem with crediting the account from my bank so instead I credit the casinos whichever way then when I withdraw choose Neteller to receive the pay out. My Neteller account is then funded without hassles and I let the funds accrue to a decent amount and request a cheque which normally arrives within a few days.

I think they are by far the easiest way to process your gaming funds rather than keeping track of delayed payments going out of your bank account or credit cards.
