Adios to all, but one RTG casino on my computer-Inetbet, you're golden!

Inetbet stays. The rest, even the accredited ones get to go home. Sick and tired of delays, poor gaming and other tomfoolery. Inetbet is the only casino that constantly delivers. Not the best payouts, but damn it, when I win, I get paid within hours, not days or weeks. I now understand their business model. They don't waste time with live chat, they don't waste time answering phones. When you win they pay you rapidly.

I wish I had that experience from them.

They're about the only place I can deposit lately but their payouts have been slooooow.

I had a QT withdrawal last year that took 3 days and then they only gave me half, waited another day for the rest.

Now I'm waiting to hear back on a check, since that's the only way I can withdraw now. Five days ago they told me it takes 48 hours to even GET A TRACKING NUMBER. That's bunk, anyone who's ever sent a FedEx knows you get tracking number immediately on generating the label. Even were that so, 48 hours passed several days ago and since that 48 hour time passed, I've had zero response to my emails.

Have you considered that an external processor actually processes the cheques, and takes a day or two to send the tracking info back to the casino? I'm sure they process thousands of transactions a day, from other places as well, so they would get probably daily reports of tracking numbers. It's not the same as sending it personally.

I always get paid within 24 hours. ALWAYS.

I've never been paid withen 24 hours. NEVER.

As for it taking a day or two, it's now day six. SIX.

I won one of their drawings for an iPod. After the drawomg ended, I had to wait eleven weeks until every other winner provided their address so they could send them all at once. ELEVEN.

The first QT withdrawal I did took five days for $500. FIVE.

My last QT withdrawal took three days for the first $2500, as they claimed QT had a maximum of $2500 (and it did not have such a limit for payouts) and four days for the rest. FOUR.

They told me themselves that they would have the tracking "within 48 hours". We're well past the time that it takes "in most cases" for a check to be delivered according to their own website, and they can't even provide tracking for it? Bull.

Unfortunately I can't agree with you recommendation Takethemoney. Especially in the field of responsiveness and customer support.

I'm just going by my personal experiences, as your own mileage may vary. Customer support via email takes some time and I am resigned to that fact. I have always been paid to my E-Wallet in a matter of hours, never exceeding 24, ever, and in most cases within 4-8 hours. They seem to process 24/7. I'd rather have that than work with a casino that will take 3-4 days before they even begin to process, leaving you hanging in jeopardy with a risk of reversal, like at others.

Unfortunately everyone from the states is going to experience occasional withdrawal delays anywhere they play. InetBet usually pays me within 24 hours, as does ClubWorld, and every once in awhile they suprise me by paying super quick, like within an hour. Mind you I only use webwallets so maybe that makes a difference.

You can resort to personal attacks if you want. I don't know why you feel the need, I'm just stating my own poor experience with a casino.

The fact remains that not everyone gets the golden-glove treatment there.

They finally admitted to me yesterday that they did not know their processor's schedule, that they were unable to contact anyone on the "production team" and that only tech support was in since last Thursday. Last Thursday and Friday they assured me that it had been sent - I asked specifically "has the check been mailed" and they replied "yes, it just takes up to 48 hours to get the tracking number". Guess what? Yesterday they admitted that it HAD NOT BEEN SENT. They further admitted that THEY KNEW IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT THE WHOLE TIME. It's this crap that torques people off against them. If they had simply told me last week that it had not been sent, that they were trying to find out why it wasn't sent, then it would have been a lot less frustrating.

I would just like to add a couple of points, whilst it is not ideal for any of our players to suffer delays with regards to receiving their checks, I do think that if one bears in mind the time of the year a little understanding could be afforded.

Yes your check was requested to be sent by us on the 22nd, the funds were removed from our account and as far as we knew this would have been sent before the holiday period.

Yesterday we received notification of the tracking and therefore from that information knew that it had not been sent until after the holidays, we immediately passed this information to you.

At no time until this point did we know your check had not been sent. You knew directly after we received the tracking and forwarded it to you.

We do appreciate that these delays are not what we, or indeed yourself would wish however we have checked and you will receive delivery of the check tomorrow which to be fair is 8 days after your request, bearing in mind we have had 2 Bank/Public holidays and a weekend in the middle I do think it a little unfair to lambast us and imply we were party to these delays. Yes we are responsible for the agents we use, but as we all know these are difficult times.

We will I am sure be back to normal after these festive times.

My best to everyone and a safe and Happy New Year.
