I`m sure 32Red would like to give free chips to everyone whos deposited with them over the year, but from a logistical and financial view point im sure thats not really possible. I dont know how 32RED or any other casinos decides who receives free chips or christmas gifts but im sure they have their own reasons and criteria, and the scope could be broad. Chin up though guys, maybe next year will be your lucky year

the palace group and belle rock, are acredited too i will trade the 32 red deposites to one of this 2 groups, maybe belle rock that give me $75 free in 2 casinos

I've deposited quite a bit, for me anyway, this year, and I didn't get anything either....and I'm fine with that.
I have gotten a few chips during the year, and I've had the best promotions, not only through december, but throughout the year, in ANY casino.
I've had the best support, every single time I've gone on chat, my issue has been solved, right there and then.
So bottom line...if anyone wants to "take their business elsewhere", because they don't get a free chip for christmas....well, then they're probably not of great value for the casino anyway.
One thing's for sure....32Red will continue to have MY full support, and MY business, despite the missing free christmas chip.
Keep it up 32Red ... you guys are the only place, that I can safely say, that I feel like it';s MY casino.

ok , im sure 32 red is 1 of the best casino online,for a lot of things, but i am a ppl that made deposit always, every month.
and im w8 for a free chips or minimum a merry crysthmas with an email.

its because i have allways deposited there, more since september 2010 and i never got anything from them (excluding 2 deposite bonus) in each month, free spins and free chips = 0 since 2010
