Vegas Partner Lounge - Not awarding Xmas bonuses for first time

I have played with this group for over 7 years and wasstunned to be told no xmas bonuses this year. When they removed the 15% deposit bonus I was told this is so we can award our loyal players with bigger and better comps and then they tell us no xmas bonuses this year.

This group seems to really be dropping the ball and player retention seems to not be a priority to them in the slightest. I most certainly am uninstalling the software and will play where I am respected and rewarded for my loyalty and none of the VPL brands do that at all.

The other day i found what I thought was a new MG casino called CasinoMate- turns out to just be a skin of CasinoUK and yet another BS promotion thrown to players by the folks at VPL. I feel I am qualified to say that I would not at all recommend any of thier brands. Even the VIP program there is now a joke and is responded too by reg support people and no VIP hostess to speak of.

They have become a total joke and irrelevant from my point of view. They should go take a good look at 3Dice to learn how to treat players right!

They claim this is so their loyal players can be given more, but you have been loyal and have been told there is LESS this year.
