Peach Casino won't credit the bonus, TRICK BONUS

The peach casino promotion page reads:

EVERY MONTH, we'll give EVERY PLAYER at PeachCasino a FREE bonus of up to $80! All you need to do is decide how much bonus money you would like to get during each month. Make your first deposit of each month $25 or more and we will match it 100% up to a maximum of $80!

My friend signed up a few days ago and then emailed them when the bonus did not show up. They emailed her to tell her she would not get the bonus but did not say why. So she emailed them back asking why she would not get the bonus and they never wrote back. I could find nothing in their terms other than this:

From the 1st of August 2003, only those players who signed up for the Casino through its online promotional activity will be eligible for the Sign-Up offer.

This promotion was not called a sign up offer and it reads "EVERY MONTH, we'll give EVERY PLAYER at PeachCasino a FREE bonus of up to $80!" Seems straght forward to me, but apprently they are a scam operation who offers a bonus just to get you to deposit and then does not honor the bonus. I suggest that everyone there deposit $80, then cash it out without playing so they can eat the Nuteller fees.

Well the geniuses over there should remove the monthly promotion from the promotions page. How the hell are people supposed to know especially if you read their promotions and it is clearly there. This is what it says:

My friend just signed up and they told her she would not get the bonus. It seemes to me that they had a sign up and monthly bonus when the opened. Than did not have any promotions now for long time. Now they brought back the monthly bonus but in reality it is a trick as they will not give it to anyone, old or new. Oliver Curran is proabably the manager.

I just tried it and the bonus appeared as expected. What country is your friend from?

Good question, I should have asked the same thing. There is a whole list of countries that are not eligible for the bonus. If she is from any of the countries listed below then she should have read the Terms before bad mouthing the casino as it is clearly stated.

From the 1st November players from Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Poland, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Ukraine will be excluded from the match deposit bonus promotion. We will offer players from these countries an equivalent promotion which may be to credit 10% of their monthly losses back to their accounts at the end of each month up to a maximum of $10,000.

I deposited and played the monthly bonus 7 days ago. Deposited 80 got 80 bonus cashed out 350 !!. The money arrived my netteler account yesterday.
So I must say that everything is ok, at least with me.
