I always talk to chat BEFORE I deposit. It saves the hassel you are going through now.

If a player is offered the promo it should show in the Promotions page. Gaming Club is part of the Bellerock group and they have a fantastic promo that runs till 2nd January. 100% bonus on first deposit, 50% bonus on second deposit and 200% bonus on third deposit. As with all MG casinos you have to opt-in first and once your deposit goes through your bonus will be credited within seconds. I got my bonuses at Lucky Nugget and Jackpot City (though not doing too well). If I wish to I can claim the promo at the Gaming Club and Riverbelle too. Just checked.
