Hello all,
after staying quiet for the last couple of month, I now have something to write about.
A few weeks back I read a post by some shill about betvoyager. He apparently was an affiliate for them. Anyhow, he got me interested and I checked out their site.
They do actually offer No Zero Roulette (as Betfair does), a couple of equal odds Slots and no house edge Blackjack versions.
I believe that the games are indeed fair (at least they feel that way), however graphics of their software are POOOOOR. But for anybody who preferres to play BlackJack or Roulette that might not be an issue. For the slots it takes all the fun out and is annoying as hell.
I tryed them in "Fun"-Mode for awhile and decided to give them a go for real money today.
In real mode I stuck to no house edge Blackjack and No Zero Roulette (even messing around playing Martingale)
The catch or the way they make their money, if you will, as they are obviously no charity. Results from the 10% Commission they collect on all winnings from equal odds games. The commission only applys when a withdrawal is requested.
For me that is a commission of 40 Euros, since I made a profit of 400 Euro on both Blackjack and Roulette, but I didn´t wager huge amounts. I only wagered about 1200 Euro in total. I just got really lucky, just as I could have been at any other online casino.
Wrapped up I think that the "10% commission" idea is great for players who wager huge amounts, not the small fish who enjoys gambling for an hour and withdraws after.
The "10% commission" is therefore only good for a player if it´s below the expected loss % at the standart casino games.
I´ll request a withdrawal today and let you all know who it went at the end!
Happy Holidays
Mario
