I would just like to thank Intertops once again for superb customer service and fast turn-around time on my cashout

, This is why I'll continue playing at this establishment! I've won a fairly large amount at Interops a few years back and was paid in full, they sent checks but I was unable to cash them and they took care of me very well.

I am an overall loser at Intertops but once in a while they send you an email stating that they noticed my balance is running low and offer free chips to boost my balance. Great gesture that I dont get even from casinos I frequently patronise. However, their cashier isnt too user-friendly imo.

Are they still doing it where you have to convert the chips to cash and vice versa? It always confused me, especially if I didn't play there for a while.

Right on! However, your balance remains the same and you dont have to reverse to be able to play. However, if you win more than your original w/d amount you cant submit an additional w/d request until they finish processing the previous request. Very awkward I must say.

well its nice to see a good and lagit casino for a change. iv played many casinos and well you know.live and learn.if any one else have another casino thats lagit feel free to help me out.

Congratulations on your Intertops win. I have never cashed out there but did have an opportunity for a nice win once and gave it back due to nobody's fault but my own.

Next time I will exorcize better judgement and see for myself how quickly they pay.
