    Slots Oasis

    Hi dear Members.

Is there anyone who nows if Louise, who deal with issues at Rushmore Group still can be contacted here?
I think I read a thread about that she is back, but I can´t find her among the i-Gaming reps.

    Kind regards

    L'arsenne

I asked the same question. Are you having trouble with Rushmore? withdrawals?

    Delay

Hi. Yes. I have two withdrawals. One is (tomorrow) one week delayed in the timeframe of 6-10 days for a wire transfer.
I have got an answer about backlog at the processor.
I have only used e-wallet before, and they have payed me within 2-3 days, but this is my first bank wire.
As I can understand they do pay anyway, so I do not have to be worried about that. The question is when...

    Regards

    L'arsenne

    Take it easy men.
I am waiting for wire transfers about withdrawals done on Nov 14th and accepted and "processed" (???) on Nov 17th.

In the meantime I received two e-mails with apologies for the delay.

But be confident, it's a serious Group and before or later they are going to pay you.
AFAIK they always paid all their players.

As I mentioned in an earlier thread, I was told today by the VIP Manager who was encouraging me to return that w/d are currently taking 4-5 weeks. They are slowly clearing up the backlog (as it would appear from other's posts here) but it is still a significant problem for them.

Just sharing what I was told -- It was an ugly message, but at least he was candid with me. They don't owe me any money, but just passing it along FWIW.

    Exclamation

Yes, they say they have backlogs then they say backlog cleared up and next day use the backlog excuse again. Apparently they are poorly managed or have no money to pay players in their bank account.

There is no excuse for this as other RTG's paying without issue.

This used to be an accredited group and they no longer are. Does that tell you anything?
Some people refuse to take heed of the warnings and forge forward anyway, then come back
here to complain when a casino is not paying. I don't get it.

Once they were no longer accredited here my accounts were closed promptly, as I will do with any casino that messes up to the point they lose their status here.

    Great!!

I Never said THEY DON"T PAY!!! Just my first experience with this group since i had only played there for about a month and had never withdrawn anything to find out whether they were on the ball. They have assured me that they do pay all there players and i believe it but thought that so many delays were unusual so i started to look at reviews and found many complaints about withdrawals .

Many players don't even know where to look for casino reviews so sites such as this one are an extremely important portal for players awareness as well as exchange of information.

I still believe that for a business to be successful it must first of all have a solid reputation. They set their own Terms and Conditions and yet do not abide by them but we as players DO!! So YES i feel they are not reputable at this point and i can't wait to see how long it will take to get my 20 withdrawals !!!!! Let's hope i outlive them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
