    another hint

When the group sends a bunch of email promos at the same time - I got three from Rushmore, Slots Oasis, and Cherry Red. They all offered 150% codes that are redeemable 5 times each. I have never trusted this sort of promo - it seems they are are very confident you will not be able to cash in. Secondly they do not have the resources to come up with several different campaigns, which makes it look like they have one person working in the promotions dept for all of the group.

I received promo emails also for Slotsville and Rushmore but dif. names although it may be just one person sending them for the group. Maybe they are trying to save money so they can catch up paying players,,,,,,nothing wrong with that!!!

They could easily say....HEY WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY,but they have never said that , just that they are having processor issues. So let's give them a chance and not be so condemning .I hear people that were waiting got paid !!! ( hope i'm going to be one of them , hehehehehe)

The processor issues excuse is bollocks.

Only US players should be effected by anything to do with processing.

Delays like this happen constantly and have been for years at this group so members should know better, especially the more senior ones.

I sincerely doubt they sacked the other promo guys to pay players.

I honestly think you're deluding yourself.

i'm not deluding myself, quite a few people that had complains against got paid last week , i;m talking about Rushmore, but regardless of the fact life continues whether they pay me the nearly 40 grand Jackpot i won or not. I basically lose what i deposited so if they do pay it's great!! If Not they just lose another good customer. What else can i do?

    Question...

Is this the only casino that is consitantly having "processing" issues? I have read where other casinos are/were having issues with processors but it usually gets cleared up in a week or 2. This group has been having "processor issues" for well over 2 months now.

Also, is this the only group that is asking for a swift number? I find it odd that most places will process your withdrawls without it but this group is so insistant on it, and they are all processing withdrawls from overseas. One can't help but think it is a "stalling tactic".

I have to agree with Nifty and others here, this is just unacceptable. Even for players residing in the US, their withdrawl times will be a little longer, but for those not in the US, there should be no excuse.

Some people refuse to take heed of the warnings and forge forward anyway, then come back
here to complain when a casino is not paying. I don't get it.

Once they were no longer accredited here my accounts were closed promptly, as I will do with any casino that messes up to the point they lose their status here.
    Dear Take The Money.

This thread is not a complaint. I just asked if Louise still could be contacted here at the forum.

She is gone from the Rushmore Group (I believe) and has not been participating for quite awhile. As of right now there is NO REPRESENTATION from anyone on the Forum.

I have suggested it repeatedly to my VIP contacts there that they MUST get someone on here to explain what the heck is going on. It falls on deaf ears. They say the right things that they care and will have someone assigned shortly, but they have said that for the last several weeks and they have not done anything to change that situation.

Apparently they are not concerned about the damage being done by their inaction here and slow unacceptable delays that extend months. I miss playing there, but won't go back under the circumstances. Too many other RTG options at casinos that ARE able to pay timely.

(I am NOT owed any money since I haven't really played there in months)

Anyone who plays there now after all these warnings -- takes their own chances. Don't come here and complain about delays. No one can help you. I don't think PAB is an option, since people are getting paid albeit slowly. Ultimately it appears people are getting paid -- but why would you want to play at a site where it takes a frustratingly long time 4-5 weeks or months.....AND support is unresponsive to the concerns giving just canned replies.

Go where your business is valued AND the casinos actions support what they tell you. Track payout times and make sure they honor payouts in time frame stated to you when you inquire on withdrawal policy. And keep all the emails and chat copies to back it up if there is ever a problem.

    FWIW,

    Diane

To those posting in this thread, you may want to check out maxd's response in the other, newer SlotsOasis thread concerning current PABs with this group.
