Have to disagree 100% with the threadstarter. 3Dice is the best, has always been, and continues to be with regard to customer service. There is absolutely no question about that in my mind. Frankly, I feel they are getting better.
I will say this: over the last month or so, when I have attempted to contact chat support, maybe three times I've been prompted to leave a message, because the chat operators are busy. But I don't like to do that, and two out of the three times, I have simply gone back to chat 10 or 15 minutes later, and successfully contacted one of the reps - all of whom, by the way, far exceed my expectations of service.
I know I sound like a shill, but I'm not. There are a lot of reasons I feel as I do, from my experience as a long-term player there. If I had any second thoughts, I don't believe I would have posted here in this thread. I don't post much as it is, but on this, I did feel compelled to do so.
