    3Dice Tourneys - a suggestion

    Hey gang,

I am LOVING the 3Dice tourneys recently. Plenty of play time for not that much moolah and the chance to win a little something at the end of it. I just feel like it's a much more economically viable (and responsible) way to gamble!

One thing I'd really like to see would be a few tourneys with higher buy-ins and prizes. I had a chat with their support about this and they weren't sure about the higher costs, so I thought I'd see what you guys thought. Please vote in the poll if you play (or would play, if the stakes were higher) in tourneys at 3Dice. Please select any of the options which you'd pay to play.

    Thanks!

well if you solicited players like a poker game

and say they went with it approved that could be a pilot experiment ?? just .02 cents

i voted for ten credits but in no way do i want to distract from the crowed that enjoys the preasent way its set up
because you /me could just play real $

It would be fun if they had tourneys like some of the ones at RTG that start with a guaranteed prize pool, then if more people buy in, the jackpots go up! I'm not sure if they're set up for doing that though.

3Dice's tournaments are perfect, but higher-stakes ones wouldn't hurt. I like *deep breath*... the diverse game selection, not having the stupid "You have 5 minutes to play but the entire tournament is gonna last a week", the prizes that are much more generous than those you could find at any other casino, the limited number of re-buys, and the ability to play strategically. It's unconventional even when compared to land-based casino tournaments but it is the best format I have ever seen.

As long as none of that is changed, I'm down for whatever . I have noticed that 3Dice has been shaking things up a bit with their buy-ins, and variety is awesome. I hope to see some more unique ones in the future.

One think I'd like to see are some buy-ins with shorter play periods. Any that are top balance, you need to be able to play in the last couple of hours anyway to have a good shot at winning, and it is hard to tell just what you might be doing in 67 hours.

Buy-ins that played for 2 - 4 hours would interest me. Especially if they were posted in advance, so you had a chance to deposit if you didn't already have Tournament Credits.

Me too - even if they had some that run for 12 hours or something would be better.

    Timezones would be a problem.

Maybe they could introduce sit and go tourneys with a 5-10 player cap with various entry fees, as soon as the cap is reached (ie:- the 5th or 10th player registers) the tourney begins.
