Club Gold (Playtech) reputable?

Well, I recieved a Thursday Gold Rush email from Club Gold today, went to use the code, it didn't work, HOWEVER, live support apologised and issued the right code.

It was a 10€ free chip with a modest 780€ wagering.

Through a series of Great Blue, the new Halloween game (which I forget the name of now, but I love!), Gladiator, Rome and Glory and finally Archer, I completed the wagering!

Spoke to live support, and I need to make a verification deposit of 20€ first then they said I can withdraw the whole amount (70€). I sent my verification documents already, since he said they'll need them.

Now, I intend to deposit early next week, but he said they require 4 business days to process the withdrawal...is this normal for Playtech? Been ages since I withdrew from a Playtech, last one was Bet365, and I seem to remember that being pretty much instant to Moneybookers.

Anyone else have any experience at Club Gold?

EDIT: Oops, didn't notice this was in introduce yourself - any chance of it being moved to Casinos?

Yes, I did get withdrawals of $2250 from them last 2 weeks. It took about a week to get the withdrawals from them. I don't trust them at first but since they process
my withdrawals within a week. Maybe there could be some hope for them. However, their wagering is WAY TOO HIGH for us. 300% bonus for 70x wagering. :x

Thanks for that, i was just about to look at the T&C's for this bonus, waaaaaay too high for me. Although i did manage to wager the £20 free chip. Cashed out £50, going to wait and see how long it takes.

Well, it's looking ok so far.

Despite not planning to deposit till early next week, I sent my doc in last night, and this morning, literally ~30m ago, I got an email to let me know that my documents were approved
