Casino is treating certain gamers unfairly

Hello! I am in fear of retaliation from a certain casino that I have been gaming with simply because of my experience with them and posting my opinion on this casino. This particular casino has it's regulars (about 50 of them) that will say just about anything on behalf of the casino to protect the casino and possibly get perks out of it. I have had it with this casino however. After showing an RTP (return to player-where they factor in fuzzy math) of 77% in the last 30 days, I was disgusted. I begged and begged for a free chip because after all, I've been gaming with them for a bit now and this has been an exceptionally terrible "losing" streak. I even made a deposit again after shutting off deposits for a while (BAD mistake) and when I asked for a bonus on that deposit, I was told at first I would get a tiny fraction of it and then told in the SAME rep conversation that I couldn't get it. I was then shunned and treated like a bag of dirt. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this unique casino (because of it's limited and one of a kind software) only to be treated like a no one. I even got banned from their "chat" logs because I commented about playing a BJ game where the dealer literally got 3 BJ's in a row. Others (the regulars in the casino) have made similar comments but have not been banned. I think I'm going to have to seek some type of regulatory board to review this casino and do whatever it takes to see that they stop treating players like this. I really wish I could tell you the name of this casino but the last time I tried to post something, I was basically threatened by the casino's wonderful manager. These "regular" players are lying about this casino! I hope no one else has this problem and I hope US players don't start having problems gaming after what I may have to see about doing with this casino. Please be careful fellow gamers. If a casino is too good to be true, it probably is and also if it is located in the UK, then it's probably tanking like the economy is right now (grabbing all it can while it can). Take care!

Only saying that because they are the only ones I know of within "in-house" chat and as you say "unique one of a kind software"

If it isn't please accept my apologies.It seems like you have more of a problem with not being given a "free chip" as opposed to not getting a fair game, if so then 3dice are the cream of the crop when it comes to giving out bonuses along with free chips.
I would say that you've just had your fair share of them in recent times is all.

Super for you to get a cash in. Don't insult me personally because you are in love with a certain casino. These posts are for opinions and I'm free to express mine. Yes there are regulars at online casinos and onling gaming isn't anything new to me. Also, as to "accusing others that disagree with you", what is that suppose to mean? My post wasn't directed at any particular person so I'm not sure what you're issue is but feel free to express your opinion, just not to personally and directly insult me! I would say that an RTP of 77% isn't good gaming from anyone's standards. I also haven't been getting tons of free chips either. Feel free to express your opinion as much as you'd like because unlike some, I don't judge people based on their opinions of what a casino has been like for them personally and I certainly don't retaliate because someone just doesn't like a casino. I have played on online casinos for at least 8 years and I play on several of them (as much as US players are allowed) so I know when I'm just not getting good gaming and a free chip for an RTP that low is not much to ask of a casino so my complaint is with both. Not to mention, the CS will not even talk with me about it after leaving emails and voicemails.

Hmmm. I think we could all make a pretty logical guess about which casino you are talking about. However, I think it would be hard to prove anything crooked unless you have proof. What kind of "retaliation" are you afraid of exactly?

I would call your statement above judgemental and inappropriate. Pot calling the kettle black, no?

I've read so many of these posts before, and they usually go:

Player has bad streak - asks for free chip - free chip is refused (usually due to already claiming a lot already) - player is incensed - player posts about how terrible the casino is and how they cheat blah blah - members explain that they're being unreasonable - player gets rude and nasty - etc etc etc ...... (Oh and then player usually goes back again to play the next day )

Sorry, but rants like this really grate my gears, and I apologise to everyone as I'm trying to be good these days but I can't let this one go.

I tried one more deposit and regret it. Also, an RTP of 77% isn't just something to laugh at. The gaming is terrible in my opinion and I'm done with the deposits. Also, the usual players in general would be an undefined set of people as far as this post goes and it is true that these players (I've talked to them myself) get perks for helping out other players with their deposit issues, etc. Anyway, grind away at your gears. I have an opinion just like you do but I make sure I'm not rude to other people on forum postings just because I disagree with what they have said. Nice going.....tone down on the agression though, it's unbecoming.

I find it insulting that you incinuated posters defend this casino for perks. I do not play at 3dice(assuming this is your gripe) but have on ocassion. I am not a fan of the format myself.

I would like to know what retaliation you think the casino in question is possibly capable of.

You are entitled to an opinion, however your post comes across as an attack on various players who have maybe had a good experience or just generally enjoy playing there.

After spending thousands and thousands (as you claimed) and not winning or even cashing out, you should close your account and let your absence of play speak volumes. I have been there and done it many times in the past.
