Question Club World Casinos: Daily VIP Bonus Question

    Hi All,

I have an interesting question that I can't seem to figure out on my own search. I've received a couple daily modest 15.00 VIP (free no deposit) bonuses in my email as a result my recent play.

The rules on this bonus are simple:
2x WR - Valid on any game in the casino
    10x Max Withdraw

I redeemed one of the 15.00 bonuses and exceeded the 2x WR, reaching the 150.00 (10x) threshold, then redeemed the other 15.00 bonus and also exceed the WR of 10x and earned another 150.00. Ontop of that I wagered and won enough to reach the 350.00 minimum withdraw limit.

I have "350.00" in my account now. If I combine the two bonuses and terms I should be able to withdraw 300.00 since it's 10x the bonus amounts.

    350.00
    minus
    2 x 15.00(bonus)
    minus
20.00 (because it's over the 300.00 allowed by the two bonuses)
    equals
    300.00 to be paid?

Will I be paid for that scenario above? Really confused... Not sure how these 15.00 bonuses are effectively used, especially individually with a high minimum withdraw amount allowed.

The only issue I can foresee is if you redeemed the second $15 chip whilst the $150 was still in your balance I.e. you started playing the second bonus with $165.

In this case, most casinos would void the second bonus and winnings as they weren't solely generated from the second bonus alone.

If you withdrew the $150 first, then I don't see a problem.

If they have a term where you have to deposit between free chips, then you might run into a problem. Some casinos have this rule but I'm not sure about Club World.

    Milemaster,

In your eagerness to play you redeemed the second chip after meeting wrs for the first chip and did not submit a w/d in the meantime leading to the confusion. The way I see it CW should honour the winnings from both chips as the offers were generated from his previous play (VIP). As you stated that you ran up to 150 from both free chips you should be allowed to cash out $300.

    Update

Just wanted to provide an update. Nifty was correct in his prediction as to how the bonus would be handled. I received a payment notification for 150.00 to be sent via courier cheque. I think that is fair all things considered as the minimum for a cheque is 350.00 so I'm happy.
