Golden Palace

Anyone play here lately?
They have that 200% sticky bonus.
I'm not sure what the WR's are.

"Credits issued during the promotional period MUST be wagered FOUR (4) times the total amount deposited (credits purchased + promotional bonus) BEFORE making any withdrawal."

Is that correct...4X d+b to cashin everything but the 200% sticky bonus?

I haven't had any personal experience with them, but I could have SWORN I had read several poor posts/reviews regarding the casino, essentially claiming no or slow pay. You may want to do a message board sweep to be sure.

I believe you're correct. I just thought that maybe they had changed their ways...especially since they now have a race car.
Big Deal...right?!!

Go to Casinomeister's resources and use the search function, search for "Golden Palace" in Newsletters and you'll come up with a number of not-too-nice entries.

To quote the most recent one, dating back to October 2001:

"The Golden Palace confiscated dozens of players accounts on the premise
that they were "bonus abusers". They were only playing bonuses and that was it.
There were no "ifs" "ands" or "buts" and the casino became unresponsive (they never addressed any of my questions, nor did they make any attempt to answer any players complaints that were forwarded to them)."

Everytime I use their software, my ADAWARE program finds 5 "bugs".
Usually 2 registry key hi-jacks and three files.
ADAWARE deletes them and I have to reload the software to play.

I get the "bugs" everytime.

Also happens with the other casinos in this group.

It seems that Ad-Aware do not remove that, because no information from Playtech, and Playech recently update that code, it is now like "Casino ID code". So all Playtech casinos use that. Ad-aware find these only, if you use deep scanning to whole HD (c:/, d:/, etc) and registry (not with basic settings). Probably harmless. I think it is like "unique casino/software ID code" to server.

They ask lots of documents for your first payout. After that they pay in 2-4 business days.
I myself never have any problem with them.
BTW, it's not sticky bonus, it's "phantom" bonus now. They will take the bonus back once you request a cashin.

From the follow-up posts, and from a post I read dated about 2 years (either here or WOL), they seemed to have cleaned up quite a bit. I wouldn't put much stock - pun intended - in the racecar (wow... a palindrome..!!), since Golden Palace is notorious for the amount of advertising it places.
