So, it seems that I have been banned from 3dice forever. This maybe my first post here but I am dude57 on 3dice chat and will be known to any regulars. You could probably say I deserved it for what I said. This is only part of the story and was the result of repeated frustration dealing with certain cs reps and management. The initial incident was last night after a blackjack tournament I mere said "Lance gives off a bad vibe" in chat. I'm not really sure what the insult is with this as i didn't mean it in a hostile way really. I immediately go to bed only be woken up by the chat pm sound I hesitated but got up to see that Lance had redboxed me. I blow off lance and say I'm going to sleep to wake up that I and been banned from chat. There is nothing one can do in chat while redboxed so i managed to contact Anna to rectify the situation.

She says that Lance had banned me that it was up to him. She says I had used the word rape and did the day before and apologized for doing so to Lance and Global chat. Anna then brings up a quote way out of context about Ellen. It was more or less "Ellen has been downgraded from fun to partypooper". I have no idea how that can be construed to be banning offense and it was in context of a conversation a lot of us we're having along with Ellen. It's intellectually dishonest to bring this up as a negative.

The confrontation gets even odder considering the banning from chat of Skiny. Skiny for non-regulars is an incessant complainer. Never a thing was done about it by CS reps ever but one day Lance decides to ban him. The same time he "confronts" me a bout a few comments I made. These were along the line of " I'm glad I'm out of that tournament because now I can do the dishes." I made few comments like that and Lance seemingly took offense to them. Was Lance going to Redbox me over those? Maybe?

What really pissed me of about Anna was a conversation that I had with a month or so ago. Some of were getting irritated that people who don't deposit we're gaining VIP status and the perks along with it. Anna was extremely hostile and rude throughout the conversation. Fortunately, unlike today, I had good mind to cut it off. I did, however, try to email Enzo, twice, about it and got no response. Today, she refused to put me through to Enzo. Given our history I have no desire to deal with her whatsoever and view her as dishonest and quite frankly a flaming c***. Long story shirt she tricked me into saying she was an Eastern European Hooker in global chat and that's why she banned me today.

To say that banning is equitable is laughable just look at people like Berny and Hokie. Hokie said things to Anna directly that was just as bad as what i said. But what really pisses me off and has for month is the lack of respect that most of the CS reps show to players. They forget who the customer is and who pays the bills. If you dare point some thing out you are threatened with no more quickies, no more hunts. Blah Blah Blah. My modest money will no longer be going there thankfully.

The worst part about it though, and I'm embarrassed to point this out. The software has so many bugs you are never sure the payouts are correct. There are bugs where players get short changed and management has done nothing to fix them. That's warning to everyone but i had a blast playing and chatting it up.

well...yes I'd say you deserved it for talking that way. I happen to know all of the cs reps there, and I know, that if nothing else, they're always polite, and very helpful (which is their primary thing to do). Personally I wouldn't have taken it either, and it seems like they let your rudeness slide a couple of times, before taking action.
They may be customer service, but that doesn't mean, that they have to take rudeness from anyone....not even customers, and I'm pretty sure they'll manage to pay the bills, even after this.

I didnt call her a c*** in chat, Ii called her an eastern European hooker, the c*** remark is how I view her. and goes to point the bad blood there that she initiated. and I dont expect sympathy as the last paragraph should explain.

Oh, they are all sweet aren't they? To say anything but the last is ban-able means you haven't been in chat very much. It much different hang around in chat than having drinks after some conference.
