Thanks for the post. I wanted to write something but refrained myself from doing so at the last moment. Some people can distort everything and say anything they disregarding the fact that they may offend or hurt others.

My bad, I completely overlooked the fact that we can be a completely bigoted insensitive abusive f**&tard whilst we have the cute factor kicking in. At the end of the day though- I work CS. Through chat- live person and all that nice stuff. Phone calls. Its all /very/ similar to this experience when you get one of 'those' customers who feel they can treat you however they want. It really makes the job hard, some days- particularly if you take that sort of thing personally.

I don't. Its not like any of my customers have figured out how to punch me in the face over TCP/IP yet. Yet....
