Buzzluck - Slow Chat Response - Slow Program

Has anyone tried to contact Live Chat at Buzzluck? I waited over 10 minutes, still no reply. Also, the program seems to run really slow, or is it just my computer? Has anyone actually played (and won) and cashed out?

Live chat at Buzzluck is for all the Club World Casinos, and they're always busy. If there are technical problems or a system wide glitch they'll be even busier than usual because everyone who's playing will be getting on chat to ask them about it. I've had times where I wait for 5 minutes and nobody answers, I come back in 10 minutes and get someone right away.

Chat not that slow for me..... but....

Buzzluck software s...ks. Low payout and bonus games very low payout. I decided to ditch them totally.

Did you try opening Windows media player in the background? It works for me, in fact I have to do it to play any RTG-related software. It's been that way for years and I can't understand why they haven't fixed it.

I waited 10 minutes to day and gave up. I have a few bees in my bonnet about Buzzluck but I'm not saying anything until I see how they resolve them.

I've actually done ok at Buzzluck. Some of the games can pay out pretty nicely if you can hit them at the right time. I've only made 3 smallish deposits and I've tripled or quadrupled my deposit before busting out, that's better than I do at most regular RTGs.
