Few lines just to mention the excellent level of Service provided by Denise (PP Casino Rep here on CM) and Hugh (PP Games operations Executive).

I recently faced quite a serious technical issue, before opening a PAB I tried to contact them with the aim to solution the matter.... "smoothly", and I must admit they REALLY went immediately into the problem, and we had a happy ending.

More in general I can tell you I am a frequent player on this website and so far I consider their attitude on the same level of 32red: top excellence.

And -believe me- I am writing this post when facing an awful bad streak on PPGames. Variance is variance, but good service is Good Service.

Well I was in an email conversation with them concerning trouble I was having with the new Playtech games when all replies stopped, to be honest up till then all replies were quick and they were trying to help but after asking me for details of my system and me sending the reply I haven't had a reply since the end of October, games still won't launch so I gave up
