VPL - I'm Impressed!

I had a small query that I Pm'ed the VPL Rep concerning a bonus. My issue was resolved immediately after he read and responded to the PM. I also received a call from a Support Agent named Adam, who was very friendly and helpful. To top it off, my account was loaded with a nice little comp for the inconvenience.

I actually feel that VPL went the extra mile to resolve, contact and make me feel like I was NOT just another number at their Casino.
