I agree with Nate - Betfair casino and poker goes from bad to worse - they should just stick to the betting exchange!! I've met a number of their employees when I was living in London and most of them are clueless!!!

BTW - I don't think they even look at this forum or any other, so you can bitch away and it won't bother them in the slightest!!
