It seems they just got lazy with Spanish Blackjack, and didn't bother to rig the game to at least simulate 6 decks just in case someone was taking a close look and running stats on card appearance frequencies. It looks like other games would show similar oddities if examined closely.
The sportsbooks running this software should act fast, else their reputation will end up down the toilet along with that of BLR.
