Dot all the 'I's" with Win Palace.

I have no luck with this Casino. When I started there I won $1500 rapidly (over and above the bonus playthrough). My winnings were voided because I played a few games of Red Dog. I had assumed that the 'banned' games were just not added to my my playthrough requirement total...Bad assumption.

So I continued on because I do like their games. Finally, last week I managed to be $500 over the playthrough, so I tried to withdraw. Declined. I went to customer service and was told that I had to withdraw minus the bonus amount. Oh!! I thought that I had read all of the terms and conditions, but must have missed that.

No problem. I just chose to continue to play. Luck was with me and I had a balance of well over $700. Going by what the rep. had told me, I chose to withdraw $400, way lower than my balance. My very first actual withdrawal.

I was left with money in my account and just played it out.

Today (8 days later), I received an e-mail advising me that a bank draft for $155 was winging its' way to me. The $245 bonus was removed from the $400. Their answer to me was that I had not left the $245 in my account for them to get their bonus back. (which with a zero balance, of course they did). Ooops. I had made another bad assumption.

So I am out of this casino. I guess I am just plain dumb.

NO you aren't dumb, you just failed to understand the t&c's the first time.

The 2nd time (the bonus) well unless you've been around here and read some of the complaints you probably wouldn't be clear on that one either.

You probably made a good decision leaving that group anyway as they only pay out $500 per week unless they class you as a vip. Of course what they call a vip is not clear.

I dont see anything wrong with what you experienced in regards to the terms. Those are the basically the same terms at any RTG 1) only play allowed games 2) make sure you clear playthrough 3) consider the amount of the bonus they have to remove and leave it alone so they can clear the bonus. And I do second the staying away from this casino because of low withdrawal limits. Actually before you deposit again at any casino make sure you understand how it works without fail or you are at risk of voiding any winnings. If you have questions read the threads or ask questions, thats what the forum is here for.
