Paring down my MG casinos

Lately I've been getting really disgruntled with a lot of the MG casinos I've been playing for years. Back when I first signed up and the first year or two I played MG was my favorite casino software. Over the past couple of years I've noticed a steady decline in customer service and promotions, so I've decided that since the software is the same in all of the casinos, I'm going to dump the ones who I feel don't really value me as a customer.

First to go, Jackpot Factory. It's sad because they used to be one of my favorites. I remember back in the good old days after I'd lost my first couple of deposits, they tossed me a free chip. They used to have promotions I could participate in, "Deposit $25 and get an entry..." or "Deposit $25 and get some free spins..." or whatever. They used to have really good exclusive tournaments and I even won a couple.

Now they've stopped doing exclusive tourneys, all of their promos are only if you deposit $75 or more, on my last birthday I asked in live chat and was told "Your account isn't eligible for any bonus, sorry" even though I'm a pretty consistent loser. One more thing that I'm grouchy about is that every single deposit you make they tack on a 10% bonus. When you're like me and deposit $25 that gives you a whopping $2.50 which gives you no advantage at all, but you're still stuck with wagering requirements on every single deposit. Plus I'm not feeling very warm and fuzzy toward their customer support either.

So bye-bye Jackpot Factory, I'll remember fondly how it used to be.

I done exactly the same around a year ago, at one time I played at every standalone and at least one casino from every group out there, i`m left with the 32Red group, GoWild, Lad`s, Virgin, 10Bet, and one none MGS based slots - Sky Vegas. The last four also give me the option of playing various other software`s.

MG casinos are my favourite too.

I have accounts with most of the big groups and the best regular bonuses are from:

Spin Palace (I am a VIP there and get regular 100% bonuses)

For MG casinos where I am not a VIP the best are:

1. GNUF regular 50% and 100% bonuses;
2. 32Red regular match bonuses (small amounts only);
3. Desert Dollar very regular 30 to 40% match bonuses;

I used to get regular bonuses from Go Wild but they bonus banned me after I had a small win ($1k), so I cannot recommend them.

Agreed. Some time ago I decided only 32 Red for me. And only one good brand for the other major platforms. (all uk based as it turns out)

I did the same thing, and for me All Jackpots had to go.
They used to be really good, but have gone almost dead in the last year, both promotion wise and win wise....I can't hit a bonus round there, if I pay for it.
32Red is pretty much where all my play goes these days, with a VERY rare visit to 3Dice, for the same reasons All Jackpots had to go.

The one thing I'll miss about JF is that they'd still flush a withdrawal....but my withdrawals are too few lately for it to make a difference anyhow. About a year or so ago I had an experience with support that kind of soured me toward them, and I've never really gotten past that.

I miss playing at MG casinos (actually ANY online casinos). MG was my favorite platform, but even before the accursed UIGEA went into effect I was picky on where I played. I loved Intertops Green, they weren't big on promos, but they were fast on withdrawals, had outstanding CS, and always seemed to remember me on the "special" occassions without me ever having to ask. I had a few others, but I always seemed to drift back to them.

Well up until a month ago, I played at 32Red group and fortune lounge with a splash of mummys gold/betway.

I have dumped FL. I'm a VIP and have been for years, until my last cashout was $90 short....and when I asked why I was told that a moneybookers transaction had been reversed or some rubbish and so my $90 deposit was "owed" to the casino. Well, I don't recall anything like that going on, and it didn't surprise me because it was 18 MONTHS AGO!!..that right you read it correctly. Now, in the meantime I've deposited and withdrawn upteen times without hassle, and suddenly they spring this on me. I complained and they gave me a $50 bonus, although I asked for the rest of the cashout or at least the $90 as a bonus given I've been a player for a decade....but no. So, over $40 they've lost a long time loyal customer. I didn't bother PMing the rep here, as I've been waiting several months for a reply to another query and had at least half a dozen friendly reminders ignored (even though the rep has been around and active)...so i guess that's another reason, along with no.more flushing and no weekend payouts.

So it is 32red all the way for me. They know how to treat loyal customers.
