I just cant seem to win on deposits but Iseem to be lucky with nd chips. Before the switch to nuworks I had won several times at Lucky Club and then at Vegas Regal where I was unable to cash out as they had curtailed the ecocard w/d option. I had deposited at Queen Vegas via ecocard and lost but claimed a 10 euro free chip with 99x playthru which I completed with a 100 euro profit. I found out, however, that they dont allow w/ds by ecocard and though they graciously offered w/ds by skrill and neteller I couldnt take them due to restrictions in my country. However, after several email exchanges on a Saturday they informed me that I could w/d via ecocard and I just did that.

It seems this rtg casino is up and rising and they respond timely and politely to all emails. They really look into these issues so while the cashout is no biggie I will surely play at them again.

Is a excelent casino and the chat operator is very kind. The payment in max 24 hours and sometimes in 2hours. Very good

I play there since some time and so far they are top. Very kind and helpful live chat, although i am ahead they gave me free chips which I won at. They claim that the cashout lasts up to 4 days but I was always paid within 24 hours or less. The only thing I dislike is that the only currency to play is Euro, I personally prefer playing in USD. Apart from that they are very good.

Their max withdrawal on all deposit bonuses makes this a useless casino IMO. No serious casino has max withdrawals. Only Mickey Mouse operations.

yes max cashout on deposito is 5 K. but some slot have a same jackpot

I love RTG platform but hate all of the bad casinos in the group. I would be willing to have a 5k max cashout if they are honest and attentive and pay out correctly.

So far I have sworn off as rogue:

virtual group, inetbet, mighty slots,main street group and xtreme.

I now only play at:

bodogs, king solomons, rushmore group, clubworld group, vegas grande and silver oak.

would you who have played at queens vegas think that it is just as good or better than the casinos RTG that I play now?

I do believe Rushmore and Silver Oak are bordering on the rogue. Personally, I also dislike King Solomons ever since they denied my cashout by moneybookers several years ago though I deposited using that method. Though its still early days QV seems to provide excellent customer service and as I am only seeking entertainment from online gaming this is what counts most. I understand players' concerns on the max cashout but that is no biggie for me as $5K is more than enough.

5k is really a big cashout for me. That is of no concern either. I just want an honest place before I play.
