This a partial solution to your issue. By picking well, and getting verified once, whether or not they ask for documents or use other means, you can build a selection of casinos that will pay your cashouts without you constantly having to send in documents.
Once you have a good enough selection, you can stop trying new casinos as this is what causes all these document requests - every casino wants it's own copy.
Some operators will also carry your verification from one of their sites to other sister casinos in the group, which means only having to get verified once. You can ask in advance before joining a second casino in the group.
Casinos run by UK betting companies are less lilely to request documents from UK players as they will use agencies like Experian to do the basic verification, which in many cases is enough This may be why 32Red have never asked you for documents, they have verified you electronically.
Since you do have the required documents, you are still able to send them if you have an unusually large win, something that can sometimes cause a casino to do a more thorough check.

Yes, many casinos who are connected to a sportsbook have traditionally don`t asked for any verification for smaller withdrawal. I mentioned Nordicbet, but their practice is perhaps only for Scandinavians, as many UK based sportsbooks will have this practice only for their UK customers. But several companies have changed this practice in recent time. I think that most casinos/sportsbooks will eventually implement ID verification for any withdrawal. Those companies that for example has applied for a Danish gambling license will also need to tighten up their practice.
I had this trouble with spin palace where they told me several times to send a "famous" company, i find it little bit funny as they denied my bill, finally i sent from "famous" company and insurence company bill.
if you open new acount, you could just go to support, get a email to security department and send it right away even if you dint win something, in this way everything go faster for you next time you win

I noted from an earlier thread that the OP doesn't have a passport or other picture ID.
While Mr. Green reached a solution satisfactory to you, a very large win at any casino will probably want ID.
If you submit stuff in advance of depositing, I think you'll find they are more lenient in what is acceptable most places. Until quite recently I didn't have a passport, and I still don't have a driver's licence. I understand some of the older UK ones don't have a photo.
