My apologies to everyone. This should have never happened, and I am flabbergasted that the chat persons would even consider trying to hijack another operator's players. POC just sunk to another level of low.

The mysterymeister coupon is ONLY for those who signed up early via the Mystery Casino links. There have been announcements throughout the forum and newsletter for the past ten days or so about this. If you didn't sign up early, it's not my fault. Everyone who signed up should have received a notice via email.

GreedyGirl has been instrumental in being in the right time zone to assist everyone on this. Thanks! And yes, there is a tournament scheduled at GG that Casinomeister members will clean up on.

NuWorks is a variant of RTG. I'm thinking it's a bit like the old MGS Viper casinos that MGS was launching in the early 2000s. New and improved - it's about time

It certainly IS like the Microgaming Viper product, riddled with bugs

Some of these problems should have been spotted right away during as little as ONE internal test run as they are permanent bugs, rather than trickier intermittent faults. Most also indicate careless overall coding control, with the sections written by different teams not always fitting together. For example, the programmers who constructed registration allowed for a longer user created password than the team who constructed the login, thus it is possible that some users will never be able to log in to the account they created. In terms of security, general advice is to create a "strong" password, so many players would take advantage of all the characters they are allowed for this at registration, and end up locked out of their accounts.

The POC redirect seems to indicate that a fair portion of the code was "cut & paste" and then alteration of a few lines. Unfortunately, a critical piece of code was not altered, and unfortunately created a default condition where live chat went to the worst possible place in the whole of RTG.

With this being new software, it creates a bad impression of this software being "buggy" and perhaps "amateur".

The POC chat only did what they have been told to do, and it is curious that a procedure was already in place to take advantage of the situation where the RTG live chat plug-in misdirected players from other operators their way. It looks as though they were already aware that this vulnerabilty existed in the software. Although the software doesn't allow POC to get hold of personal details, once aware, the POC live chat agents could ask players for these details, and then use them for spamming by phone and email. Players may give out such details assuming they are dealing with Buzluck support.

It is lucky that the problem was caught when relatively few players were signing up.

Another unfortunate thing is that the link to RTG will lead to the same "conspiracy theories" being directed towards NuWorks games, such as operators being able to set RTP, and unlike RTG, we have no assurance that such a function has to go via request to NuWorks, rather than being something any operator can use.
It should not be a problem when a reputable group uses the software, but in the future it is likely that the rogue groups will start launching NuWorks casinos alongside the RTG product. I can't see Virtual NOT doing this, and they will most likely do it via a different name in order to disguise the connection.

The bonus code issue seems to be a case of something special being set up, and support not being made aware, thus when codes don't work they take the attitude that the player is trying to "scam" them by using a restricted code that has been illegally shared on a "bonus bagging forum", and so are taking the "jobsworth" attitude rather than actually trying to fix the problem, which I am sure they CAN do by manually applying the code from their end.

This argument from the CS about the player "not having used the right affiliate" will sound like a load of BS for many players, who have no idea what it all means, and as far as they are concerned obeyed all the instructions for eligibilty. For such players, all they will see is a "bait & switch", which will create a bad first impression. This is made worse by the reply "no promotions are available" when players ask about alternatives to the non working code. This gives the impression that after any welcome bonus, there is nothing for loyal players. The only type of bonus player not bothered by a lack of ongoing offers is the type the casino doesn't want, those who play only the welcome bonus and never come back.

Bryan -- I did sign up EARLY for the Mystery Casino link. I did get your email and the code, it just isn't working.

I'm in the same boat as Cleveland, I downloaded the casino, registered and created my account. When I went to log in My password didn't work!
I used the 'forgotten password' link which sent the password I had created(It was correct) to my email and I pasted that in to the logon screen in the software and that didn't work either!
I ended up depositing elsewhere as I was completely frustrated and confused with what was happening!

Over all not a great first impression at all after reading this thread and my own experience!

I will give it another chance though as I have full trust in Bryan and CM and can see that this was just a major hiccup that was beyond CWC's control. I trust CWC fully as well and don't think jumping ship over a stuff up is warranted or fair!

Sh*t Happens..... I'll try again tomorrow to log on or have my password reset.

    Cheers

Just spoke to the operator over the phone and found out what had happened. When the software was launched it still included the chat script leftover from the beta version. POC was the test casino when they had the beta version going, so this is why POC appeared in the chat. So any player that logged into chat would have had POC, and any casino with scruples would have informed the player that there had been a mistake, and directed them to Buzzluck. But here is just another example that POC aka the Virtual Casino Group are the worst of the worst. Thanks to those who have posted the chats here in this thread.

The chat script was replaced within 15 minutes of the first alert. But if you hadn't logged out, you were still connected to the older version. I see that there have been issues of logging out. I hope that this will be rectified soon.

For those of you that can't seem to use the bonus code, please PM me and I'll square you away. It seems there was a problem with the tag (mostly my fault).

Thanks for the feedback - sorry things were a bit more bumpier than usual.

No way it was fixed 15 minutes after alert. I was logging out every time. It was over an hour after I posted here and according to GG they were already alerted before I posted.

Well perhaps it didn't log you out properly. You aren't the only one who had this problem. No need to get all bent out of shape over it either.

If I were having log out issues I wouldn't have been able to log back in. The lobby even updated when I logged back in. The problem is you and GG are trying to run cover for CWC because you obviously have a vested interest in them making money. I dont, the fact is CWC was in such a rush to get this software out they didn't thoroughly test it. Resulting in their customers being directed to a crooked casino for assistance. You cant deny this was a major screw up and there is no need to candy coat what happened. If anything Club World Group needs to address what happened instead of the forum mods.

No luck for me at BuzzLuck or Lucky Club, games were so-so, features took 200+ spins to come in almost every game and gave little returns even in fun mode :P

    Seems RTG to me!

CWC screwed up no doubt about it but to say that Bryan and co. are trying to cover up for them is a bit far-fetched. Knowing CM, the guy must be feeling uneasy over the whole affair and as he and Greedygirl cooperated with CWC to organise the competition he must have been shocked to see to learn of the link to POC. C'mon the guy's history of dealing with the rogues speaks volumes so this hiccup is forgivable. Not so for CWC though as they probably wanted to beat Lucky Club to it and the setup is a dismal failure. Makes the sloto transition seem tops in comparison.
