You have to love the bulldust about "Our processing department requires a 48 hour pending period to be able to coordinate with all payment processors accordingly to subsequently facilitate your payout in the usual quick time frame". What a crock of shite.
Perhaps their rep could tell us what coordinating processes are actually taking place whilst the withdrawal sits in a pending state. I am sure the relevant department does not even BEGIN any work on it till it leaves pending and passes over to them.
It's bad enough that they have cut weekend processing and doubled the pending period, but to BLATANTLY LIE about the reasoning behind it is clearly rogue behaviour.
It seems the mess they made with the Lucky Club sale was NOT merely a "one off", but a first indication that they are now set on a downhill path in terms of the quality of service players can expect. One has to wonder what the next "improvement" is going to be
