    Jackpot Capital....Are things changing or....

First the sale of Lucky Club and now your cash out times and pending withdrawals have changed

I made a cash out yesterday ( from a free chip but still ) and realized the email was a bit different.

    PAYOUT REQUEST CONFIRMATION
    Dear *****,
This email confirms our receipt of your payout request via Neteller for the amount of ******* USD at Jackpot Capital for your Account ID *****.

Please note that payouts are processed Monday – Fridays (business days).

Your withdrawal will only be sent to our processing department after a 48 hour (business days) pending period. You will be notified via email once your payout has been processed.

You may cancel payout requests before they are authorized for processing by logging into your account and accessing the cashier/banking center or by contacting Customer Services.

We are always available should you have any questions.

    Please note the bold red...

Jumped onto live chat and this was the answer as to why its changed...

Our processing period for withdrawals has been revised, to ensure our withdrawal times still meet your satisfaction in future. Our processing department requires a 48 hour pending period to be able to coordinate with all payment processors accordingly to subsequently facilitate your payout in the usual quick time frame.

I'm sorry Jackpot Capital but your cash outs on the weekends and fast payments (not so much pending) was what made you one of the best.

I was payed within 24 hours of my withdrawals and that was up to 2 weeks ago.

Hopefully that is just to make way for the weekend when they say 48 hours, let's wait and see how long yours takes I guess.

Please let us know how you go?

I just initiated a cashout yesterday but didnt read the email thinking I will get the money today. So it seems I wont get it today. Honestly, I will be frustrated with a 48- hour pending period and no weekend cashouts but I am even more disappointed with the Lucky Club issue. The JC group already has the heftiest WRs among all the better RTGs but they do not use the 'bonus abuse' shit to BS their customers. Like all others they are living on hard times and I would not be surprised if they start slapping silly terms on their customers.

I am not expecting mine until Wednesday now as the email states the 48hr pending period is only counted on business days, so my 48hrs will start monday if I am reading it correctly.

While the 48-hour pending period and no cashout weekends are definitely bad for the player the Group can make life easier for us by using new initiatives. Why not toy with the idea of using live chat to allow the players to transfer some of the funds between their accounts at different casinos within the group. The casino saves some money in processing fees and the player gets to play almost immediately. It may take some time to implement this but at least the player will not require fresh funds to play.

    A very bad move IMO.

Such a shame really as they were very good in that department.

You have to love the bulldust about "Our processing department requires a 48 hour pending period to be able to coordinate with all payment processors accordingly to subsequently facilitate your payout in the usual quick time frame". What a crock of shite.

Perhaps their rep could tell us what coordinating processes are actually taking place whilst the withdrawal sits in a pending state. I am sure the relevant department does not even BEGIN any work on it till it leaves pending and passes over to them.

It's bad enough that they have cut weekend processing and doubled the pending period, but to BLATANTLY LIE about the reasoning behind it is clearly rogue behaviour.

It seems the mess they made with the Lucky Club sale was NOT merely a "one off", but a first indication that they are now set on a downhill path in terms of the quality of service players can expect. One has to wonder what the next "improvement" is going to be

I can understand 48 hours as processing time, but I can't understand why casinos do need 48 hours of "pending" period...

RTG seems to be dead. As a diamond Vip at JC i will quit playing at them because of this very bad decision.

    A bad move, indeed.
Until the time, JC notices that the amount of damage by losing business is far great than the amount of reveresd cashout plus saved processing fee.
    Not mention the PR damage.

    just my 2 cents
