    Birthdays and casinos?

    Hi folks,

I always thought it was a good retention tool for casinos/ poker sites you play at, to at least send you an email, not asking for anything...but when i was running online casinos, i always gave some free spins or free credits etc -

    30 casino / poker a/cs - regular player - nothing - cheers folks.

At least I had the opportunity to embarass a leading betfair manager in Hammersmith last night - SCHWING!!!!

Off to S E Asia at the weekend, to build something special - customer love is coming back!!

    Regards,

    Daz

FWIW- Mine just passed 10 days ago. Establishments are limited due to I am in the US.

I am VIP @Jackpot capital, got zilch!
    Same with ClubWorld!
Slotastic gave me a generous bonus play, but alas won nothing. (VIP too!)
Freespin sent me a $25 chip and a bonus purchase offer. I have yet to use it because their payout times are just too slow for me.

I got a few ND bonuses on my birthday this year - RTG was (as always) the most generous, but also I got a couple from 2 MG casinos this year, which was surprising, especially since they're actually the MG casinos I play the least. The ones I play most didn't give me diddly.

    Happy birthday Dazlazz,

Ive been gambling online a while and some years the offers have come flooding in for my birthday, others have been a bit dry. Usually get some stuff in the mail (electronic and normal!) tho. This year was a bit dry but I did get a personal phone call to wish me happy birthday from a VIP manager at a place I have erm maybe overspent a bit at the past few years. That was good of them and they did offer me a big portion of my losses back the next day as cash if I played on my bday and lost.

What did you say to the betfair manager Daz? I am really curious!

Casinos (online, much more so than B&M) seem to have a problem with the concept of 'player retention'.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

As promised here I am reporting on my "haul" I only play at a few accredited casinos and probably average $100 per week @ 32Red, Bet365 and iNetBet, and maybe $50 a week at 3Dice. NetEnt is a new one for me only deposited a couple of times:

    3Dice: $25 NDB
    32Red: $5 NDB
    Bet365: Nada
    iNetBet: Awaiting on e-mail reply
    NordicBet: $10 NDB

    Happy Birthday to me!

To 3scatters - I told betfair manager - they have the top betting exchange, huge numbers, and yet ruin their reputation by running crass casino promotions which they then remove, and that their poker site is awful - all said in front of this guy and a number of 'directors' - his face lierally dropped!! Kinda funny!!

    Regards,

    Daz
