Well my bd is coming up next week..but last year I got quite a nice bundle of free chips..and funny that I see in several posts that they received zilch from 32red..

When I didn't receive anything either from 32red, I decided I would have a chat with them on livechat and ask if they had a free chip for me or why I didn't get one. This was their exact response - "We do not give out birthday free chips since we consider our bonus promotions top notch". There was no "i'm sorry but we don't etc or unfortunately we do not etc". I was a little shell shocked at the tone of the reply but got over in a second. lol

Dont feel disgruntled, I think it depends if your a member of club rouge with 32Red or not. Im a member and I didnt get any free chips either but they did give me a 100 % match bonus which is good enough for me. As for the free chips, I quite often log into my account to see a a nice little chip put there and each time its a surprise as I always wonder what I did to deserve it. My guess is stick to their terms and conditions, be a loyal member and devote most of your playing time there. If I ran a casino thats exactly how I would reward my members
