    Loyalty Point Redemption Big Differences

Last night I was logged onto Go Wild Casino and thought I would have a look at my loyalty points I knew I was approaching the 2000 points mark and are only redeemable at 2000. But was surprised that 2000 points only gets me £10 when at 32red 2000 points(rubys) gets me £20(£10 per 1000).

So i looked at my Purple Lounge account out of interest and found that 2000 points gets me £35. I have checked and the points are earned in exactly the same way at each MG casino.

Now there may be a rational reason for the difference but having never redeemed at Go Wild or Purple lounge I dont know if the points are paid into cash or bonus balances. But if there is not an explanation this seems a really big difference in turnover thats required to earn a loyalty bonus.

Good point or points , they are all earned exactly the same afaics ie £10 bet on slots = 1 loyalty point, i`m 100% certain that redeemed lp`s from both 32Red and GoWild go straight into your bonus cash.

Loyalty points at different MG casinos accumulate at different levels. In some instances it depends on the Tier the player is on.

Take Nedplay for example. You could be on the lowest loyalty level of Jack and earn fewer comps for the amount wagered than on the higher levels of Queen, King and Ace (VIP). I am on the Ace level at Nedplay and earn more comps than when I was on Jack for the same amounts wagered.

I know that at Club Rouge - $3000 wagered = $10 comp points. Generally speaking, if you are able to clear a $100 bonuses WR then you have $10 to redeem. The Comps are subject to 4 x wagering ONLY and not 30x as intimated somewhere earlier. They also do not have restrictions like Max Cashouts.
Comp points can also be rounded off by Support for redemption. I could have 700 points and request that support round it off to 1000 for redemption. 32Red have no issues doing this... it depends on your Bonus ratio at the time though.

I would be interested if you could summarize how much you would earn at Go Wild and Purple Lounge for $3000 of wagering.

£/$3000 wagering at GoWild = 300 points on the lowest tier and 600 points iirc on the top tier.

So that should equate to about $3 on the top tier seeing that 2000 = $10? It means that their Top Tier offers 70% less than the equivalent wagering at 32Red?

I was just checking the Ruby Rewards at 32Red.

Wagering of every $10 earns you 1 ruby for normal members on Slots and Keno... while Club Rouge earns 3 Rubies per $10. ALL other games and progressives earn 1 ruby on both levels per $10 - $50 wagered.

Lets assume you ONLY play non progressive Slots.

    $3000 Wagering
    GO Wild Lowest Tier - 300 Points (2000 points = $10) = $1.5
    32Red Lowest Tier - 300 Points (1000 points = $10) = $3

    Go Wild Highest Tier - 600 points (2000 points = $10) = $3
    32Red Highest Tier - 900 points (1000 points = $10) = $9

Ummm is that a really bad deal by Go Wild or What? Lol, I'm tired and if i messed something up, blame my hazy eyes.

Myself personally dont think I will ever reach higher than the bottom teir as I spread my play around different casinos and generally am low betting. But in the simplest way I can see it is(because I dont know much about it):At GoWild I have to turnover £20000(slots) for £10 bonus and if I turnover £20000 at purple lounge I get £35, but to get £35 from Go Wild I would have to turnover £70000 which is over 3 times as much!

I rarely, if ever, convert comps into cash. I just find the pitiful amount bordering on offensive. You could spend all day spinning @ £5 per spin wagering thousands of pounds, and barely earn £10 comps. Wow, TWO spins???
Hang on while I catch my breath.

I remember once before Villento went to the dark side, I was checking my casinos and noticed I had 2000 comps, I went to cash them in and it was good for ONE dollar.

What pisses me off is comp points that expire. Not being a HiRoller it takes me awhile to gather enough comps to cash in usually because I also spread my play around and for the most part, my playtime has been horrible. Twice now I've lost comps when I'm CLOSE to getting to the cashout amount and that just sucks.

I will hasten to add in GoWilds defence, that what you lose in Loyalty Points is easily compensated curtsey of a deposit bonus and free spins for every deposit made, plus the ongoing promotions - Wild weekend race, Wednesday Deluxe etc, plus I get a weekly surprise bonus from my VIP manager, last week it was a NDB OF £50 , and whenever the new slots are released I always get some free spins on one of them, plus a birthday bonus (mine was a £60 NDB and a 100% match upto £100), so swings and roundabouts imho.

I have had some loving from the 32Red group regarding bumping my loyalty points up to redeem status, and a real cash 20 credits once, as a sort of `Sorry about that error inconvenience (even though it was a MGS problem), 32Red has greatly increased their deposit bonuses the past few months though with Spin the Wheel, that Summer one, and WTF, so, if someone can be bothered to do the maths lol and compare the overall bonuses per deposit made ratios, plus the actual cost of the free spins from GoWild, including the deluxe ones and the random presents from VIP managers, with all the actual free cash made from bonuses and loyalty points over a month say, I bet it`s a lot closer than it appears to be .
