They are quite good usually and I know they are part of the CWC group. However I havent deposited since they lied to me over a year ago.

I discovered a glitch in the Diamond Dozen slot where if you got the white diamond feature in the final free spin the win was not multiplied. On the other 11 free spins white diamond features are multiplied. I told the casino of this and they told me the payout was correct. They lied by saying extra white and blue diamonds were provided during free spins thus the diamond feature wins were not multiplied. This is incorrect and Dogboy had it fixed soon. There was a bug where the system did not multiply the diamond feature win on the final free spin. My understanding that there is 1 extra blue diamond on the third reel but no extra white diamonds are added. You dont get the white diamond feature more during free spins.

Actually, I dont mind if they didnt understand the technicalities but they just invented something to get off the hook. Maybe they mixed this with Penguin Power but you cant just assume something and then say its true.

That wasn't right of them. I bet it was just an ignorant or new employee that didn't handle it well. And hopefully, they learned from it. Thank God for members like Dogboy though. He has been a great member, helping us understand how RTG works.
