Yet another MGS anomaly (could prove costly).

A few days ago I deposited at GoWild and off I went, I keep a close eye on my wagering curtsey of stats, after a relatively good session on various slots and my calculations for the w/r were a healthy £250 above the target, I decided to cashout, I opened the loyalty points page for a quick check that my balance was bonus cash free to be faced with a bonus balance still, I had experienced this before and thinking the server needed to update I exited and gave it a few minutes then logged on again, I still had bonus cash in my balance so I opened the CS window and had a chat with Susan whom explained that I still had a w/r from my previous deposit, which had been caused by an unfinished game, aaargh this is the 1st time ever that I have done this I thought, said ty to Susan for her time, carried on playing and eventually logged off kicking myself that this mistake had just cost me £150, and never thought anymore of it.

However, yesterday, I made a deposit at 32Red and tried to claim the 32 credits available from the spin the wheel bonus, I couldn`t claim it because I apparently had an unfinished game in play, so once again I contacted CS and spoke to Theresa, `Hold on, i`ll check this for you` she replied, a few minutes later and Theresa informed me it was a .75 spin on Wheel of Wealth and to open it and finish the game, as I was loading WoW I told Theresa I had never played this game, and sure enough, when it opened it was set up as is any slot game you open in MGS, not on expert and a high roller spin cost, I told Theresa this, and if I took a spin it would take the cash from my fresh deposit and thus affecting the deposit bonus, Theresa then cleared this from her end and the bonus become available.......

So here we have two cases of unfinished games and the latter was triggered via a game I have never played, a screenie from my previous play at 32Red and obviously the session that would have caused the unfinished game problem, notice there is no Wheel of Wealth in my gaming history for this session.....

Alas, I have no knowledge of which unfinished game caused the same problem at GoWild as I thought that this was purely down to me (even though I had never left an unfinished game before in all the years i`ve been playing).

So, unless this anomaly affects me only, check with CS 1st at the relative MG casinos you guys are about to deposit to, and make sure you are not unfinished game flagged, as like me, this defect can prove costly, unlike the others that are just plain annoying.

I had the exact same problem at 32red yesterday on the exact same game. I hadn't played wheel of wealth in months.
I wasn't withdrawing it was when i tried to claim a bonus on a new deposit.

On wheel of wealth, check the bonus multiplier. I checked mine at 32Red and I had a 1x multiplier that i hadn't played and that was probably a year ago. I waited for the wheel to come up and I won 20 cents Maybe that's the problem, cause my 20 cent win went into my bonus balance.

doubtful its a bug or something ive had twice now although ive never played the game in question ( multi player wheel of wealth ) never played the game spun it for the first time the other day to see wether its happens again .

although ive been playing for the first time go wild tournament & to be frank & honest my spin rate is around anywhere between 3 _ 25 seconds per spin which is crap , now i know why i dont bother playing them although i did 2 continues to see wether it got better , ( it didnt ) so another tourament server required for better speed . anyone else find this problem i can spin evry second on normal games so why should this be any different ?
