    What would you do?

As a long time regular depositor at an accredited MG casino (not mentioning the name), I was disappointed when I logged into my account and found nothing on my birthday, and no promo email. This was pretty much the only one I was playing at regularly for years now. Deposits for the year were several thousand, and there were a few withdrawls, but overall I'm down.

I never took any deposit bonuses and used to receive the odd ND bonus from them but not so much anymore. IIRC, last year on my birthday they gave me a $10.00 ND bonus. I decided to make a $50.00 deposit anyway and they gave me a $25.00 bonus on it. I find this pretty damn cheap, and insulting and contacted the rep here about it, he replied that he had sent it to the customer service manager.

At another less played MG casino, I recieved a few ND Bonuses, the last being $100.00 last January, credited to my account automatically without having to opt in or ask for anything. I get ND bonuses at other casinos that I rarely play at as well.

Forward to today, at 3:15AM my phone rings from a blocked number, and I suspect it's them but don't answer it. Who is stupid enough not to now the time zone a player is in? I check my email this morning and sure enough there is an email from them.

We have recently received feedback regarding your dissatisfaction at our Casino and as a valued player on our site, we would like to address this and ensure that you do not feel the same way going forward.

We reviewed your account and our records show that the last promotion you claimed was for a promotion that took place in December last year. We are concerned that you are not receiving our promotional offers. Kindly confirm whether you are receiving these offers from us and if not, we will have to ensure that we check our records and make sure that we have accurate information.

As a valued player here, we would like to offer you a bonus of $50 as a gesture of appreciation and this bonus requires no deposit. You can simply contact us and we will gladly credit your bonus.

If there is anything else that you feel dissatisfied with, please feel free to contact us and let us know so that we can also improve.

We look forward to hearing from you.
They have all my correct information, none of it has changed for over 10 years. So, now I have to contact them and beg for a measly $50.00? I logged into my account to see if it was there already, and it isn't. My instinct is to tell them to close my account.

    What would you do?

Why do you feel they should give you anything on your birthday? Did you go to the super market you shop at and ask for free groceries?

When you deposit at any casino. You are paying for a service for that moment. They provided you with what you paid for. Same as when you buy groceries. You got what you paid for. The store manager owes you nothing else but the items. Same with casinos, they owe you nothing unless you are due a payout.

A Birthday should be looked upon as any other day. Some people are killed on their birthdays.

So, your complaint was that you received nothing for your birthday.

Then, when they offered you $50, you can't be bothered to email them back and claim it?

    Really???

Well most MG casinos don't do anything for birthdays anymore and personally I think that the letter they sent was pretty nice. They called you a "valued player" twice! If it was me, I'd contact them and get the bonus and say thank you for it.

Take the $50 and put it on number 13 on roulette. If it hit cash out $1800, if not hope for a new bonus next year.

Go back to playing land based casinos? They actually do treat you like a king/queen for the few bucks you leave behind.
