Documents requested for win from ND Bonus.

Recently I did try new online casino, as they were offering 10 EUR No Deposit Bonus. I managed to complete the WR (30xB, all games are allowed and I should complete it within 5 days) and did nice 180 EUR profit. When I requested a w/d - they asked to send them a copy of my passport, utility bill and Credit Card (front side).

I was always curious, why on Earth a casino would request docs to pay out winnings from No Deposit?

    Scammers.

It's easy to get as many proxy servers or real persons info as you need. But to get a passport copy and utility bill is a little bit harder. This way they keep 95%+ of the scammers off the payouts.

If they wouldn't, then they would be attacked by no deposit hunters who will be creating multiple accounts with fake names.

Also this is why a lot of casinos will ask you to make a deposit before allowing you to withdraw. The only thing I find iffy about their request is asking for a credit card. Unless you've used one to make a deposit, them asking for CC info is unneccessary and would personally make me a bit nervous.

Was going to say the same thing chayton. ID is all well and good, but extra unnecessary (and sensitive) information would ring a little alarm bell.

    Passport/utility bill - yes

    Credit card - no

Just tell them you don't have a credit card.

Sometimes its a generic request and you just need to remind them its a no deposit win and they will accept the first two. If they don't, I would consider a PAB or just forget the $180.....there is a principle involved here.

As far as the credit card? You can send it just block the middle digits of the card and the cvc number on back. That was what I did when I had to send it to Grande Vegas ( before they changed).

Not sure why they're asking for a CC since it's a NDB, seems odd. Asking for the other doc's just confirms ID, age etc. to match against your registration information, not unreasonable.

OK, I sent a copy of my passport and utility bill. I also wrote them that I don't have a CC. Let's see how it will work out.
