Jackpot Capital Group - Message center not working?

No problems loading it on any of the 4 JC casinos. However, I am terribly disappointed with GV. They kept reminding me to check the message box daily for a surprise as they had launched a new message centre on 6 Sept with 3 surprises a month. As anyone with a sense of marketing brains will tell you, the message box should have been filled with at least one surprise at the launch date. Up till now, there are none so players are liable to forget.
