Annoying differences between a casino's Games, Casino and Sports Accounts

Some annoying little issues with some sites:

Coral - On Coral Games you put your code in the deposit box goto Cashier you click on Bonus and it shows you how much until you have completed your bonus and updates constantly.

On Coral Casino you do the same but there is no bonus button to click on so you have no idea how much you have to go... Why?

Ladbrokes - Ladbrokes Games you deposit and click on free bets it says how much longer you have to go until you completed your bonus and gives you the bonus instantly you have completed

Ladbrokes Casino there is no countdown again

Why do the casino sides of these sites seem to be worse than the games.

Coral agent told me she didn't know why I asked her to pass it on to the people concerned. I said it's a bit silly having to contact live help to find out how much you have left to bet to get the bonus.
