    I feel bad, I just want share this experience with fellow players

    Hi All:

    I had a good run last week at GNUF and won some money(6600), this week I have reversed all back and lost.
    I think the main reason is myself lack of self-control, still there are few other reasons from casino side:

    1) if you look at GNUF website and in FAQ section, the pending hours is still 8 hours, however,
    becasue palace group took the casino over, so the actual pending is now 48 hours. But I believe that they
    never informed players if you did not have a cashout. I had my last cashout back to Feburary, the pending
    is 8 hours. Then last week, it became 48 hours.

    2) I singed up at GNUF this year and get my documents verified and I had my few withdraws already, then,
    this time, the support staff said, I never had my account verified and need documents. They lied. I also was
    informed that the verification will take another 48 hours. More, they said they will review my account,
    and let me know what their findings on my account.

    I did not know others' experience at palace group, but from what they did, both from spin palace, they made
    phone call offering me bonus if I reverse my withdraw and this time GNUF use all means to delay my withdraw.
    I will not play in this group anymore.

    I have closed my accounts in palace group and just try to warn fellow players, GNUF is not the old GNUF, with
    swift cashout and good player support.

    Hope everyone learned from my experience, and never made the same mistake I have made.

    friend you have gambelers hang over its a thing we might all do but i can say that i would [ in my honest opinion] never pitched back the whole roll , gamblers # 1 rule/comandment

    never risk the whole bank roll at the moment

    that being said i think you need to take a serious lesson from this . on my monitor i have a sticky sign saying (CASH OUT YOU STUPID GAMBLER ) to remind me of the temptation

    I have a simple solution I use for casinos not flushing withdrawals. I ask them to ban me to the date they pay. That way I can't play it back.

    I take the full blame in this situation. For me, I know my personality better,
    I will not be able to overcome but to avoid the thing happen again.


    I have done reverse and lost all much bigger wins many times, I got used to them,
    the reason, this time I feel so bad is, GNUF, which I still believe, was the old GNUF,
    I trusted, changed owner, rules and even support, as a player there,
    without know anything, form certain level, I was lied to. That make me angery.
    If you read my thread about my wins, I still believe that after 8 hours, my wins
    will be in my moneybookers account. I was verified there and made few withdraws.
    Now without knowing anything, all has to be redone and have to wait a week, without
    knowing get paid. that is my point, I feel being cheated.

    Please anyone has/had account in GNUF, receiving notice that they changed owner,
    rules from email? Do please let me know of.


    So last night I have closed additional 7 accounts in various casinos, which
    they changed the pending period and stop flushing withdraw in this last year.
    You could find these casinos in many threads discusssing those changes on cashout.
    I will not put off one more time, no matter how much bonus they will give to me.
    In some of these casinos, 3 out of 7 I am at top level VIP, however, I am willing to
    sacrifice all the benifits, just to show casinos, for one, I stand up for these unfair
    conditions to players.

    This weekend I will open another 2 ccounts all in 32 red group, plus
    Dash and 32red, I from now on mainly will play at these 4 casinos from
    32red Plc.

    Whether it was 8 hrs or 48 hrs. It was no one fault but yours. Switching groups and not realizing that you may have a problem. Isn't going to help one bit. Too lose 6600 in winnings is a serious matter. We all have the fever a time or two. Raising our bets to crazy levels and feeling like we can't lose. What i learn to do now. Is make small deposits use reasonable bonuses. And set a goal. For example. Let's say I want to buy xzy and its cost $350. I write it down on a sticky note and attach it to my monitor. Once I reach that level. I cash out, wait, and wait, and wait, and wait until the money is in hand. Then i go by it. I never save money that i won. Because its easy come easy go. I also never try to win more than my set amount. Good luck to you in the future.

    That will be alright, I learned from this. As trader, in my way of making life, I
    sustain much bigger lose in a day, so I could take the down bit.

    That was Spin Palace, which offer me bonus on reverse withdraw at my 1st withdraw.

    Sorry if I did not make my post clear.

    This time withdraw is the 3rd withdraw I made at GNUF, however, since the take-over, this
    is the 1st withdraw I made in GNUF.


    Sorry I just try to vent a bit, I know I take the full blame but feel a bit if just if it was still old
    GNUF, I would not make the all thing happen.

    Thank you for the information, I just realized that, now even if the support staff from GNUF states that
    GNUF is independent, I pretty sure that is part of palace group now, as their support emails are all identical
    .

    A mistake, since I signed up in spin palace, I only played there 2 times(Feb and last week), because I hated they make call to me
    and ask me to reverse withdraw.

    I am not aware gnuf become a part of palace group, otherwise, I would not even play there anymore.

    I feel bad on this, old GNUF is a very good place to play. Now only 32red group left for me to enjoy the same level of service.
