I just wanted to express my satisfaction. Casinos that know how to deal with certain issues and that deal with them fast deserve recognition. Noah, from Rome Casino, certainly knows how to do it. He certainly deals with all you ask for and SOLVES it, which is what you would expect. On balance, a great experience, great games and the certainty that they will deal and solve everything. What are you baseing your kudo's on. I know they have nice chat support the games are ok but individual spin wins are for the most part small and it takes 7 days to just process a withdrawal.

Can you explain.

How do I cash out my winnings?

In order to cash out money from your account you must first log on to your account using your Username and Password. You can withdraw money by following these steps:

Start the Rome Casino program.
Enter your Username and Password in the "Play for Real" login screen.
Once you`re in the Lobby press on the "Cashier" in the left corner of the screen. Then select "Withdraw". Select your preferred withdrawal method.
Enter your desired sum and click on the "SUBMIT" button.
The sum will be sent to you via your choice of Check, Wire Transfer or NETELLER.

If you choose Wire Transfer, please make sure you have your bank details ready so that you can quickly fill them in their corresponding fields.

In order for the withdrawal to be approved, you will need to submit the CAF form, located in the banking section of our website (http://www.romecasino.com/bank) with all the attachments specified on the form. The documentation takes less than 1 day to approve.

All withdrawal requests are processed in three (3) to five (5) business days from their request date.

You have already PM'd me about this and I have replied that the first period is max time for approval of the withdrawal and the second is for the time of sending.

I have also added that this is being fixed right now so the wording is less confusing.

Bsilva028, you might want to lighten up on your attitude. Being belligerent is not the best way to get results. It appears that Noah is trying to communicate and help you. To continue berating the casino is not going to speed things up. Just my opinion.

I simply dont believe that Rome will suddenly become good overnight given their poor track record in the past. Futhermore, 5 days for a w/d is not really something to get excited about. However, if the op is impressed we should respect his view.
