I wrote Pat Harrison about it, he was going to contact MGS, but never got an answer.

I am sorry to hear that you are getting these issues, I will do my best to investigate this for all concerned, it is always difficult to pinpoint exact issues as there are so many possibilities as to what the cause may be.

We all know 32red services and support are top notch and know that will solve the issue after investigation. It's just a bit annoying when playing to interrupt.
When it happens to me the next time i will send the screenshot of the error message.
I don't have any screenshots but I only ever play one game at a time- I'd get a bit of a lag on one spin, the next spin would just show spinning reels, then a little error message, "We have a casino error" would pop up and I was disconnected. Most of the time you just click on connect and you're connected again - only once I had to close and restart the casino.
I've also been having trouble viewing the comps page, I don't know if that's connected to the casino issue or not though?

always happens here as well just at 32red, the wheels all of sudden wont stop then few sec later you got a casino error and i have to connect again
