I must write something to this topic. I´ve won 9K on dec. 20th at GoWild and request a withdrawal. Pending normal ended on 21th 3:00 am. But nothing happened. The payout was still in pending phase. Yesterday I've emailed the finance department and they excuse, and forwarded my withdrawal to verification process. (They have my docs for more than half a year, and it is not my first withdrawal). Now it´s the 23 dec 7:30 pm and there is still no money and no mail from them. What must they check so long? I hope my money is tomorrow on Neteller, but slowly disappearing my hope.

The problem has been resolved to my complete satisfaction! The money was transferred immediately to my Skrill account, after a very friendly call from the casino today. If I have understood all correctly (my english is not perfect) , there was probably a temporary problem with the transfer to Neteller. My special thanks go to Gia for her very quick help.
