Casino Kudos, Compliments and WTGs!

Since I was unable to find a thread for this topic, I decided to get it started on my own. So much being posted about things going wrong makes it even more important for players to hear about casinos doing things right. (I sure hope I didnt miss a designated thread for this...)

I recently submitted my first cashout request at JackpotCapital and couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. I was emailed information regarding status (without having to ask! lol) and the entire process was completed seemlessly. There ARE decent casinos out there- JackpotCapital proves that. All casinos would do well to follow their business model. WTG Jcap, You made my day and have my business.

I have no doubt all meister-accredited casinos are as professional. I just wanted to pass along cofirmation of this one. Good Luck Everyone!

As I'm sure most of you are aware, I gotta say it anyways........ Tom, the rep from clubworld groups is A#1! No need for details, but I had a problem (and it was MY problem, not clubworlds) and thanx to Rep Tom, no problem! Thanks Tom for understanding and goin above and beyond!
