I've just tried this out on another MG casino with play money and it works. The option is there as well when playing with real money (not tried that though)

I noticed a major upgrade yesterday when I launched 32Red, yet no new games were due, and none appeared.
It seems that casinos in general have been LYING about there being no actual updates taking place when these additional lobby updates ocurr. This is clearly what was altered during yesterday's update, along with quite a few other things given the length of time the lobby was downloading.
Clearly, each one of these updates changes something, but on most occasions we never find out just what gets changed.
I have seen this at other MGS casinos though, and this is an option set at operator level (which games have "expert mode" turned on).
Even a few SLOTS have had the "autospin" disabled (go look at "Summer Holiday").
Autoplay is favoured by "grinders" who take the welcome bonuses, set the coin as low as possible, and then use "autoplay" to grind out the hours of play needed to make the WR.
I would have expected it to have been removed from Blackjack games too, and only present as an "autospin" for the slots.
It would follow that WR on bonuses could then be lowered given that the "grinders" would then have to sit at their PC and play each hand, and thus might no longer feel it worth the effort for the relatively small returns available.
This may be happening rather than raising WR to 40x or 50x as other MGS casinos have done.

is it better to deinstall complete now and make a clean new installation ?
after each major upgrade is that the best what we can do !!

The kinds of upgrades that cause problems is where the file structure on the PC changes. Problems are then caused because some casinos still reference the older versions of these files, and this can cause software problems.
The issue is that MGS software does not properly "clean house" after such actions, and leaves loads of obsolete files and directories lying around.
Updates get applied to the casino that was launched and triggered them, but they don't seem to check other MGS installations as to whether such changes that affect ALL MGS casinos are properly implemented with the others in mind.
The longer any MGS casino is installed, the greater the risk of it becoming corrupted.
Ideally, MGS should release a global "casino cleanup" tool for players that will check and correct EVERYTHING in the same way that many tools exist to check and correct problems with the OS and some installed softwares.

expert mode is working fine at 32R and others for me= can I ask if you were playing all aces= this VP game does not have expert mode at any MG casino.

It is for all VP games.I know about All Aces : it never did work for this VP game.
I am very surprised that you are still able to play in expert mode.

Microgaming would gain so much if they decided to be more open about everything...
They could just hire one person to be on the boards and answer questions about the software, games etc.

Actually, they do monitor the boards (somewhat). And when major issues appear, they are responsive - at least to me

Yes, I wrote Pat Harrison about it.
He wrote me that MG were planning to remove the expert mode for all VP games at 18th August.
He is waiting for an answer from MG
