    Thumbs up Belle Rock support

You know how sometimes you'll send a mail to support and they write you back with some cut and paste answers or sometimes it seems like they didn't bother to even read your mail?

I just have to say that Belle Rock support has been consistently awesome IMO - support there is on par with 32Red and that's saying a lot.

When they changed the lobby they had a little thing that said "We changed our lobby, tell us what you think" and I wrote and said that I liked the lobby but that I'd found a typo. Because I find typos everywhere, it's a curse. Believe it or not, they responded with a thank you and gave me some free spins AND fixed the typo. I was shocked, it was like, "OMG they actually READ what people send in!"

Right now they have a survey in the casino, "Tell us what you like and don't like" and I wrote about a week ago. Today I get a personalized mail - no "Dear {firstname}" - and they actually responded to the issues I'd raised and explained some things I was concerned about and basically made me feel like my opinion and my business matters to them.

I feel all warm and fuzzy now, and I just wanted to share.

Same goes for their affiliate support. They're not named belle rock any longer btw.
I agree their support is great, as a player though I had one weird experience with them which kinda is funny.

This one guy started to claim I had multiple accounts at each brand. I asked him if he was serious, and he kept accusing me of being a fraud, refusing to add the bonus to my account. I ended up telling him ok whatever and reconnected to support, told the other support guy what happened and he gave me the bonus right away, when I asked what was up with the other guy he told me he wasn't allowed to talk about it.

I couldn't understand what happened. Turned out he searched by name, and mine is very common. Since then everytime he contacts me I've been making fun of him. When he asks if I'm interested in a bonus I tell him I'm not interested in him. Confusion payback..

Thats good to hear Chayton. 3 or so years back that was the thing that consistently let them down to the point where it became a bit of a standing joke here. They said they would work on it and they clearly have

They were nameless. I thought they still were cause my affiliate manager was looking into it for me. But I just checked their casino sites and it now shows Carmen Media Group

Owned by Digimedia Ltd. Carmen have always been the top-level compnay as far as I am aware and they owned Belle Rock. I think at one point they were (still are?) involved with Fortune too. Jetset is probably the best placed to shine the light on this one
