    To Emily Hanson or to whom it may concern.

    I am hesitant to write to you here, but I know you monitor this forum and quick to respond if anything negative is said here .

    Well, I have nothing negative to say here, but I can't reach you by phone, you seem to not be able to receive my email so I did the next best thing by writing you here via I_Gaming rep.

    I wrote early this AM about a louisy 50 dollar deposit I tried to make last night. I t was rejected, but this morning I checked my Credit Card on line and it was deducted.
    \I have given you all the pertinent info in my personal mail to you. I still have not heard from INET as yet

    i hate when that happens. it usually takes one to two days, but eventually it will show up in their cashiers records and money will be added to your casino account. i hope you win

    Do you mean you deposited and it never got posted to your Inetbet account? If that is true, why did you just give up? Doesn't make sense. You lost your money somewhere "out there", don't know where it went, did it get withdrawn from your credit or debit card? Did you get in touch with the casino?

    Never give up. Provide the documentation to casino of charge, contact rep via PM and email and keep following up every few days. Its your money and you deserve either the refund or credit to your casino account.

    Are you sure that money was deducted, but not just blocked?

    Sometimes when player tries to deposit - authorization message goes through payment processor, money blocked and your balance changes. But then bank declines transaction and it takes some time before money being unblocked.

    I can understand that it may take sometime to "look into the matter" What is annoying
    is the fact that there was no acknowledgement of my private Chat TO THE INET REP be it Emily or Charles. As I said before I cannot send email nor can I phone them.

    Its "only" 24 hours now since I voiced my concern but will wait another 24 hours for a reply.
    Then you may ask what do yoiu do after another 24 hours and no reply Then I wait another 24 hours .WTF else can I do?

    Thats happened to me at a couple of places ( a few times). Theres a kind of tracking number i got off the credit card co. and the money was found and deposited by the casino within a few of hrs.

    OK Emily finally answered my post here. She said she did not receive the PM I sent here from Casinomeister. It was there in my "send" folder so just copied and sent by email but will resend
