I just wanted to support the OP. 888 is good on customer service (yes waiting times can be a bit long sometimes on chat) - they even emailed me to say I was gambling more than usual, and emailed me every day until I confirmed I knew what I was doing. They had a point, and helped me \limit my gambling. With their help - I have cut down massively - the limit is a real incentive. I said max 200 per week, and rarely go on there now.

After a bad run on blackjack I got 2 unconditional cash bonus offers €50 and €500. I missed the cash dates, but they still gave them to me (the 500 after a bit of arm twisting).

I am VIP, and the service is very good - although I don't get contacted too often now because I am not spending too much on there.

The poker software can be a bit suss at times tho. I have never seen AA lose so often. Blackjack software is decent - it's slow so you can't play at rocket speed (good to restrict loss chasing), and if I accidently try to raise on 20 - they ask me if I really want to do it - Partycasino just lets me bet anyway!

No sites are perfect, but sites like partycasino should take a leaf out of 888's book.
