My Positive Personal Review Of Customer Service.

We all know good customer service is key to having a successful business and happy customers and this is why I am writing this thread.

For a while now I have played on online casino sites and for a long time I stuck with the same casino until recently I decided to have a play about and expand my game play to other sites- Although I was wary of doing so.

I often see people on here complain that something has gone wrong or an issue has arisen that has not been sorted- but today I would like to put a positive and highlight two casino sites that I signed up with that although I at first felt let down they both showed that good customer service does exist.

Red Flush Casino and Go Wild was recommended to me and I signed up to see what the I was missing, unfortunately I had a few problems and both entailed customer service problems which for the life of me annoyed me so much I wanted my account closed as I was that angry with the way things had happened and worked out. I must say and when I say this, I know that many of you would have also had issues and probably flown off the wall with frustration from inconvenience caused. But although I felt failed at the time, both casinos went flat out to resolve my problems and see that things went smoothly from then on.

RedFlush and Go Wild both was supportive, kind, polite and had the most up respect for my issues I had raised and this to me is what I call great customer service.

My advice for anyone with a problem no matter how big or small is to stay calm- no matter how frustrated you are with what ever has happened. Communicate with the casino in a calm manner and the likelihood is that your problem will be resolved and the stress-out you had would have been unnecessary.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank both RedFlush and also Go Wild for there excellent customer service, understanding and quick actions to put right problems I have had and suggest to anyone looking for a new casino to try any of these two casinos.
